Flower Viewing

I forgot to publish this story.
I went to Oregon state building for flower viewing on April 7 on Sunday.
Now I do internship at Willamette Travel center, and I had planned flower viewing from March. However, I was very sad because cherry blossoms were already gone.
Moreover, the weather was terrible! I thought another plan.
First of all, we went to Oregon capitol building.
We looked a replica of Philadelphia's Liberty Bell.
It was made in France, and carried in Philadelphia.
I was surprised since the Liberty Bell was a little smaller than I expected.
Second, I introduced about the building.

The building was built by four kinds of marble.
I touched the building and, it was not smooth.
Everyone was surprised, so it was fun. The building was very large.
It was Greek style and solemnity.
There is a special tour in Oregon state building, so I want to join that tour.
Finally, we went to Starbucks in downtown. The weather was crazy.
It started raining, so we went there.
In Starbucks, we ate sandwiches and drunk coffee.
Cherry blossoms had gone, the weather was too bad and only three people came the event,
but I enjoyed guiding them. Thank you for coming this event!

Book Fair

I went to a Book Fair at TIUA and I listened to presentations by other ASP students in other sections gave.
I was excited because I have never had an opportunity to hear other section students speak English.

First, I listened to a presentation that my friend gave. That book was a Western story. Akimi said the reasons why she liked the book were that it was easy to understand, she could know western life, and the book's characters were attractive. The book about Jane who lived in Cottonwood is a beautiful woman. Tull hated rich and smart woman, so he stole her farm and money. Lassiter rescued her, Akimi said.

Second, I listened to Nana’s presentation. That was Notting Hill and about a comedy. William falls in love Anna at first time in his shop. She was a movie star. They met in a street by chance, and he spilled her orange juice. She was attracted to him, but she had a boyfriend. The student said that this book became a movie.

Finally, I listened to Uno. That was about a famous therapy dog. Uno was given a Blue ribbon in 2007 in U.S. Uno was only eights month old. Anna said that this book was interesting and impressing.

I really want to read those books. I had a good time at the Book Fair.
